The "Toscanotti," our Tuscan soul cookies, is the excellence of Slitti bakery production. 

These cookies - entirely handmade - come from Daniele Slitti's great passion for pastry and the company's connection to the Tuscan territory: from Vin Santo to Chestnut Flour to Coffee and Chocolate, it is the selection of ingredients, in fact, the real star of this product line. 

Grown with great care on the island of La Réunion, Vanilla Bourbon is considered the best vanilla of all: its dark, thin pods exhale a very sweet aroma, which gives flavor to these cookies.
